| LOL IM CHREES CAWKS. No, but srsly. My name is Chris Cox, I'm 18 years young, and my heart lies in a little town called Sedrano. I’m your typical geek: I love anything and everything about computers, I probably spend too much time on the internet, and I wear nerdy glasses. In my free time I love to just sit and learn about computers. Anything and everything about them just excites me. Every now and then you'll catch me designing layouts for various websites, whether it be for pay, volunteer work, or just for myself. It's something I'd like to continue doing as a side job while pursuing my dream to get into the information/networking security field. I'm also gay. I'm proud of it, but I don't see the need to flaunt it like some people do. The people who know me are aware of the fact, and the people who can't tell probably don't need to know. Sure, I enjoy exercising my stereotypical "rights" every now and then just because I can, but making it a regular habit? No thanks. There's no need to further segregate us from everyone else when all we want is equal rights anyway. I often see people differently than most do. I notice a different side of people that others don't know is there or care to discover. I give in too easily, I let people walk all over me and I hold in my feelings. It's something that I've been trying to change, but it's proven to be a lot harder than I first anticipated. I have a hard time building relationships, and I blame a part of that on being an Air Force brat. Moving every 2-3 years, I never got to make real friends. Now that my dad's retired, I try to make friends quickly in fear of being alone, but I don't want to make the deep bond because I fear that I'll lose you anyways by next year. I must be doing something right, because I've got plenty of amazing friends. Rest assured that once you find a place in my heart, you're sure to stay there forever. Whether that piece of my heart shines or is tarnished...that's in your hands. ♥ |
